Situated in the heart of the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, One&Only Cape Town is South Africa's most vibrant resort. Its interior transformation, embodying luxurious sophistication, is a breathtaking reflection of the hotel’s esteemed stature.

Collaborating with a team of skilled interior designers, architects, and contractors, this exquisite refurbishment project was truly memorable. Using only the finest quality wallcoverings, we meticulously supplied and installed coverings throughout key areas, including guest bedrooms, corridors, bathrooms, and restaurant spaces.

The result is a harmonious blend of luxury and style, creating an immersive visual experience that elevates the ambiance for every guest, ensuring the highest standards of elegance and comfort are maintained throughout the property.

What makes this project truly remarkable is the thoughtful use of wallcoverings, each material and texture poetically evoking the beauty of nature, reflecting the surroundings of Cape Town. The interior design is enhanced by wooden elements, where wallcoverings are framed to create a captivating canvas, offering guests a unique visual experience.

The incorporation of grass cloths adds an extra layer of sophistication and tactile appeal, elevating the overall ambiance and providing a harmonious blend of natural elegance throughout the space.

 

The selection of materials was pivotal in bringing the desired concept to life. Natural materials were used to add depth and texture, creating a rich, layered atmosphere. Raw fabrics were thoughtfully chosen to contrast the smoothness of the walls and floors, offering a visually engaging juxtaposition.

In the guest bedrooms, the wallcoverings were selected to evoke a warm, tranquil, and timeless ambiance, complementing the decor. The wallcoverings framed the bed, serving as a focal point and further enhancing the room’s overall aesthetic.

To accentuate the height of the walls, a refined and delicate scallop pattern was chosen, reflecting the natural beauty of the surroundings. This design was selected for its softness and subtlety, enhancing the overall guest experience with its tranquil elegance. The installation, despite the complexity posed by the wall height, was executed with exceptional professionalism. The result is a seamless, expertly applied wallcovering that adds a layer of sophistication and delivers a masterful visual experience for guests.
